Utilizing the power of trance, sound, breath work and EFT, we will peel back the layers of old patterns to create a space for new patterns and loving relationships to emerge.  This allows for deepening and integration of the trance experience over time.

If you feel trapped in old, habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, these could be the result of inadvertent post-hypnotic suggestions made during childhood or years ago. This work will support the process of breaking old beliefs or suggestions and allowing the present moments to "fill" the space with new awareness.
